At Delice Bakes, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted baked goods. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Perishable Items All baked goods (cakes, cookies, brownies, etc.) are perishable and made fresh to order and same goes for flower bouguets . We do not accept returns on any food items once delivered.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placement. After this window, your order will already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom & Special Orders Custom cakes and special occasion orders are final sale. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted once the order is confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
