• We currently deliver within Lahore only.
• Delivery to other cities is not available at this time.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• Delivery charges vary based on your location within Lahore.
• Our team will contact you after order placement to confirm the exact delivery fee.
• Delivery charges are paid separately at the time of delivery.

Self-Pickup Orders:

• No delivery charges apply for self-pickup.
• Our team will confirm the pickup location and time after your order is placed.

3. Order Processing Time

• Standard orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Custom cakes and special orders require a minimum of 24–48 hours advance notice.

4. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery is same day or next day depending on order time and location.
• Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand on weekends and holidays.

5. Order Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is accepted.
• Our team will contact you before delivery to confirm timing and delivery charges.

6. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as baked goods are perishable.
