TERMS OF SERVICE Delice Bakes — Lahore, Pakistan

By placing an order with Delice Bakes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed in advance.
  • Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD), or Online advance  payment  .
  • Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.

2. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Lahore only.
  • Delivery charges apply based on your location , specifically for ( COD orders ). 
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

3. Custom Orders

  • Custom cakes and special orders require advance booking (minimum 24–48 hours).
  • A confirmation message will be sent once your order is accepted.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placement.
  • After this window, cancellations will not be accepted.

5. Quality Guarantee

  • All products are freshly made with quality ingredients.
  • If you have a quality concern, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Delice Bakes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
